I just read two interesting concepts about relationships: boundary setting and center setting.
1. Boundary setting: a homosapient sets its own boundaries on everything from race, politics, , fashion, sexiness to the trinity. Those who fit its boundary are “in”, those do not then “out”. If the gap to the boundary is too big then just back off ignore, alienate, and excommunicate the outsider from the heart to the mind to the action.
This causes a lot of problems to the homosapient itself of course.
2. Center setting: another homosapient sets the center and the direction towards to center as how he sees people. Let say people are different on everything but they are moving towards some common ground, for example acting out of love to meet the needs of others, no matter how love is defined or on whose name.
Then boundaries do not matter anymore. The real question is where people are heading to?
Of course if the center is the person of Jesus then that solves all the problems.
